We offer FREE domestic ground shipping on all orders. Most orders require 24-48 hours to process. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Unless another option is selected, your order will be shipped by Standard Ground. For 1-day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm EST or they will be shipped the next business day. Signature upon delivery is not required.

We have partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel please email email@example.com right awayand we will do out best to try accommodate your request. We process orders quickly and if the order has been submitted to our warehouse our returns policy will go in to effect.

At the bottom right corner of this and every page you can sign up for our newsletter to receive email updates that may contain promotional codes for special discounts that can be applied to your order. You should totally sign up! Please note that only one promotional code may be used at a time per order. If you return an order that was placed at a discounted price, you will be refunded the amount paid. Unfortunately we are not able to re-issue a promotional code for a discounted order that has been returned. All promotional codes are valid during a certain time window, unless otherwise specified.
