SHIPPING RATES

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer FREE domestic ground shipping on all orders. Most orders require 24-48 hours to process. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Unless another option is selected, your order will be shipped by Standard Ground.  For 1-day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm EST or they will be shipped the next business day. Signature upon delivery is not required. 

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Ground: delivers 7-10 days after processing- $10 or FREE for orders over $150

  • 1 Day- $35 flat rate - Orders must be placed before 1PM EST or will be shipped the next business day.

  • At this time we do not offer: Saturday delivery, Delivery To P.O. Boxes, Ground Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska 

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. 

If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled due to stock, payment or otherwise, we will contact you via email. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We have partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once you place your order, please direct all inquiries to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

ALL ORDERS PLACED THROUGH INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT ARE FINAL SALE. No cancellations or returns are accepted. 

Which countries do you ship to?

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

Modifications/Cancellations

Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel please email care@rhoderesort.com right awayand we will do out best to try accommodate your request. We process orders quickly and if the order has been submitted to our warehouse our returns policy will go in to effect.

Lost/Stolen Packages

If tracking information reflects successful delivery but you have not received it please email care@rhoderesort.com. Please note we do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that show delivery confirmation.

Promotions

At the bottom right corner of this and every page you can sign up for our newsletter to receive email updates that may contain promotional codes for special discounts that can be applied to your order. You should totally sign up! Please note that only one promotional code may be used at a time per order. If you return an order that was placed at a discounted price, you will be refunded the amount paid. Unfortunately we are not able to re-issue a promotional code for a discounted order that has been returned. All promotional codes are valid during a certain time window, unless otherwise specified.
