RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Sale items and international orders are final sale and will not be refunded. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or to store credit in accordance with our return policies.

Items must be unused and unworn, in their original packaging and with all tags still attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, Rhode Resort has the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.

Once we receive your return we will issue your refund to the original form of payment or for store credit within 5-7 days. Please note that a $10 return label fee will be applied to each return package unless you opt for Store Credit, in which case returns are free.

How to Return (US Orders only)

Step 1- Click here and enter the email address that was used to make your purchase as well as your order number. Your order number was emailed to you along with your order confirmation and should also be on the invoice enclosed with your package.Follow the options to begin the return process and get your pre-paid return label and RA#. All returns must be accompanied by an RA#.

Step 2 –Pack your item(s) in their original packaging along with the return form that was included with your order. If you have misplaced this form please click here to download and print out to send with your order. Please be sure to fill out all the information requested.  

Step 3 – Attach your pre-paid shipping label and drop it off at your nearest location.

Step 4- That’s it! We will notify you via email once the return has been received and processed.

International Returns

At this time we DO NOT offer returns on international orders.

Late Returns

Any order that requests a return after 14 days from delivery date are not eligible for refund.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 12 hours of receiving your purchase. Please send images of the damages and all information to care@rhoderesort.com with your order number in the subject of the email.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges as it’s possible items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. We encourage you to use this form to return the original item, and go to rhoderesort.com to purchase the style you would like!

Receiving a Refund

Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less a $10 return label fee, plus taxes, in the US. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Receiving Store Credit

Your store credit will be issued within 2-3 days of receiving the item at our warehouse. You will be able to use the credit immediately on any future order. If you opt for store credit all returns are free.

Refused Packages

We do not refund shipping charges for packages that are refused by customers. In addition all returns must have RA numbers – if the RA number is not enclosed with the return authorization number they are subject to potential delays/refusal.
