Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept unused, unwashed, unworn or undamaged merchandise, with tags attached, for a full refund or exchange within 15 days from the shipping date. All items must be returned in original condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All Sale items are final sale. No refunds can be made on these items. 

Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

Please contact us at returns@rhoderesort.com prior to returning merchandise to obtain your Return Authorization Number. This will be emailed to you within 1 day.

ALL ORDERS PLACED THROUGH INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT ARE FINAL SALE. No cancellations or returns are accepted. 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS & SHIPPING ERRORS

In the event that we processed your order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at our expense. Please contact Customer Service via email at orders@rhoderesort.com  prior to returning any incorrect, damaged or defective items.

RETURNS PROCESSING TIME

Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to receive your credit. In some cases it can take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to be reflected based on your credit card company’s policies.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

At this point we do not accept International Returns.
